Recognizing that measuring outcomes is not an easy task and demands a high level of commitment, the BYSI, in partnership with constultant Beth Beard and Lach Training and Consulting, conducted the Networking for Outcomes (NfO) program to walk organizations through the process of measuring their success. NfO brought together eight youth sports organizations in Boston to learn more about specific outcome measurements through the development of programmatic logic models. NfO components included an initial training, individual sessions with a consultant, and collaborative sessions with the other participating organizations for peer review and learning. The program helped the individual programs build their own logic models as well as share information and thoughts on broader program goals with each other. |
